Recently, it seems that everyone is becoming obsessed with how many steps they take in a day. I can't say I'm not one of those people because I love using the Apple Health app to see all my fitness stats for the day. I haven't quite gone to the lengths of buying myself a FitBit (or something similar) yet but I have started looking into some different options.
So of course, this one is pretty popular. What I really love about the FitBit is that it comes in all different colors and sizes. Tory Burch even makes a band so you can sport your FitBit even when going out on Saturday nights. The FitBit comes with some really awesome features like sleep tracking, calories burned, step tracking, and active minutes for the day.
Nike+ Fuel Band
I am a huge Nike fan and I love to use the Nike Running app to track my miles every time I run. The Fuel Band connects with Nike apps to keep everything in order and, well, trackable. With the Nike+ Fuel app, you can see your Fuel Points earned, steps, calories, etc. all on your phone! See many more details here.
Timex Ironman Watch
I actually just bought this watch yesterday from Academy Sports Store for under $30. I needed a good water resistance watch, mostly for running and rowing. I always find myself wondering what time it is when we're in the boat so now I don't have to ask my teammates every day! I thought it was a good, less expensive start before spending $100 or so on a more involved watch/tracker. It is very functional and the pink adds a little touch of cutesy to it :)
Are you using a different tracker to get your steps in for the day? Let me know in the comments!
